Through the years, Benewah County (population about 9,000) has accumulated property, This year the commissioners voted to sell most of the land. The first parcels were offered at an auction and several sold. Having satisfied Idaho law by having the public auction, the county commissioners can now offer the properties to any qualified buyer.

Benewah County is largely forested with some farm land. Although we cannot include photos of each parcel of land, we have included pictures taken in this area. As you can see, we live in a beautiful corner of the world.
